These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nervous System Alchemy Workshop website and your booking of, payment for, or participation in our workshops, sessions, and related offerings (together, the “Services”). The Services are offered by Mindsync and Frequency Healing, doing business as Nervous System Alchemy Workshop (“we,” “us,” or “the Workshop”).

By using this website, creating a booking, or attending a session, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a session.

Not Medical, Mental Health, or Therapeutic Care

The Workshop offers educational and experiential practices related to nervous system awareness, regulation, and personal inquiry. Facilitators may be referred to as healers. That language describes the style of the work. It does not mean the Services are medicine, psychotherapy, counseling, or any other licensed clinical care.

Nothing on this site or in a session is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or mental health condition. Results vary. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, insight, emotional state, or physical change.

The Services are not a substitute for care from a licensed physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, or other qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Do not use a workshop as emergency care.

You are responsible for deciding whether these practices are appropriate for you, including if you are pregnant, have a cardiovascular condition, epilepsy or a seizure history, a recent surgery or injury, dissociation, PTSD, or any other physical or mental health condition. Check with a licensed clinician before participating if you are unsure. You may pause or leave a session at any time.

What the Services Are

Offerings may include live workshops, group or private sessions, educational material, and related online or in-person experiences, as described on the booking page at the time you register. Descriptions are summaries. Session content can shift to fit the group and is not a fixed curriculum.

Facilitators share frameworks, practices, and reflections from their training and experience. Participation is voluntary. You remain responsible for your own choices during and after a session.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to book or attend, unless a session is expressly listed for minors and a parent or legal guardian has completed the required consent. We may refuse or end participation if we reasonably believe a session is not a fit, or if conduct disrupts the group.

Booking, Payment, and Refunds

A booking is confirmed only after payment is received, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices are listed at checkout and may change for future dates. Promotional pricing applies only to the offer stated at the time of purchase.

Unless a specific event page says otherwise:

The fee is non-refundable. You may request a one-time transfer to a later date, subject to availability.
No-shows are not refunded or transferred.
If we cancel a session, you may choose a transfer to another date.

Workshops are experiential. Dissatisfaction with content, facilitator style, or personal results is not grounds for a refund once a session has begun. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of future bookings.

Conduct and Group Confidentiality

Sessions may include personal sharing. You agree to keep other participants’ stories private and not to record, photograph, or share them without consent. We ask the same of the group, but we cannot guarantee what another participant will do after a session.

We may remove anyone who harasses others, arrives intoxicated, ignores facilitator guidance in a way that affects safety, or otherwise disrupts the space. Removal for conduct is not refundable.

Recordings

Live sessions may be recorded for the people who registered, for training, or for promotional use. If a recording will include identifiable participants, we will say so before the session and offer a way to stay off camera or out of the recording. Do not record a session yourself unless we give written permission.

Intellectual Property

Site content, session materials, practices as presented, names, and branding are owned by the Workshop or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, teach from, or republish them without written permission.

Assumption of Risk

Nervous system and somatic practices can bring up strong sensation, emotion, dizziness, or distress. You voluntarily assume the risks of participating, including risks from your own health history and from choosing to continue a practice. You agree to stop and tell the facilitator if you feel unwell.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release the Workshop, its facilitators, and its contractors from claims arising out of your participation, except for claims that cannot legally be waived, including harm caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Workshop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the site or the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

Some states do not allow certain limitations. In those states, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

Website Use

You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes. You may not scrape it, attempt to break its security, or use it to send spam. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Privacy

Booking and contact details are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By booking, you agree that we may email you about your registration and, unless you opt out, occasional updates about the Workshop.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. Changes apply from the date posted and do not alter the refund terms of a booking already confirmed, unless required by law.
